Project Overview

This dynamic two-toned and two-tower new apartment building brings 165 new market-rate apartments and first-floor retail to Cleveland's hinge-town neighborhood. The 279,000SF building is a two-tower, multi-use apartment building with retail on the first floor. The project achieved LEED Silver Certification under the v3 BD+C rating system, demonstrating efficiencies in energy and water, reduced parking footprint, and high-performance construction activities. The views from the 6th story tower's rooftop amenity space are equally as dynamic as the 2-story slide that delivers residents to the carefully appointed courtyard.
