Emerald Way Coordinator
Julia Martinez
What is your educational background?
Graduated from Quezon City Science High School, the Regional Science High School for the National Capital Region in the Philippines. Currently, a graduating student at the University of the Philippines Diliman, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science with a major in Data Science.
What strengths do you bring to the Emerald team?
I take pride in handling the recurring tasks that keep things running smoothly. Whether it’s reports, submittals, or operations support, I make sure everything is done right and on time. I focus on the details so the team can focus on the big picture—that’s how I support the Emerald Way.
What is your proudest project moment, and why?
One of my proudest project moments was working on the Crete GHG calculations and integrating them into ESPM and Arc. It was a large, data-heavy task—repetitive and labor-intensive, but I genuinely enjoyed the process. It took a lot of time and attention to detail, but knowing it contributed to a good cause—sustainability—made all the effort feel rewarding.
