This project consisted of 3 buildings at 2119 Murray Hill, two new construction buildings and a renovation of an existing 2 unit building. The new apartments consist of 11 total units with up to 3 bedrooms each. These buildings complied with Enterprise Green Communities standards for the Cleveland Tax Abatement. Oliver Architecture worked with our team to provide energy efficient apartments as well as consideration of the indoor air quality through material selection.
These new apartments are marketed towards students of Case Western Reserve and hospital employees with their excellent walking proximity.
