The Cuyahoga Community College: KeyBank Public Safety Training Center is one of several buildings included in the Parma Western campus renovation. The building, which serves as training facilities for public safety, achieved LEED Certification under the v3 rating system. During the construction phase, 82.65% of waste was diverted from landfills. The building achieved over 25% energy savings above the baseline, 33% water reduction above that baseline, and 88.96% of stormwater managed.
This building provides training and education for public safety such as police, emergency medical services, firemen, and private security.
