Project Overview

Pepperl+Fuchs, a global leader in industrial automation and sensor technology, developed its 26,049-sf U.S. Headquarters in Twinsburg, Ohio to support evolving workplace needs. The facility combines offices, training spaces, meeting rooms, open work areas, a fitness center, machine shops, and labs. Reflecting the company's commitment to innovation and sustainability, the project was designed and certified to achieve LEED Gold.

Fun Fact

Since launching its Cooperative Education Program in 2010, Pepperl+Fuchs has helped 72 students gain real-world industrial experience, and nearly half (35 graduates) have gone on to join the company full-time! Through hands-on learning, mentorship, professional development workshops, and partnerships with the Society of Sales Engineers, the program continues to prepare students for successful careers while building the next generation of industry talent.
