Project Overview

Perry Web Student Life Building achieved LEED Silver certification in August, 2019. Emerald provided LEED consulting and project management services as well as commissioning services to the architect, The Collaborative Inc. The Perry Web Student Life Building is a 15,000 square foot student hub including a wellness center, work spaces, and a café. The building boasts an efficient HVAC system and plumbing fixtures, over 75% of electricity provided by green power, specialized indoor air quality features and a high performance green cleaning plan, among other green building features.
