Project Overview

The Perry Web Student Life Building is a 15,000-square-foot student hub, which includes a wellness center, workspaces, and a café. The building boasts an efficient HVAC system and plumbing fixtures, over 75% of electricity is provided by green power, specialized indoor air quality features, and a high-performance green cleaning plan is in place, among other green building features. The project achieved Silver-Level Certification under the LEED v3 rating system.
