INTRO Cleveland

Project Overview

The INTRO Cleveland project is a mixed-use residential project and includes 298 apartments and over 36,000 sf of core and shell retail space, including Tress, an event venue. Residents benefit from over 25,000 square feet of private amenity space including a rooftop pool. The project also includes over one acre of public green space. It is located in Cleveland's Ohio City neighborhood, directly across from Cleveland's historic West Side Market, within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, bars, shops, ballgames, parks and trails. INTRO Cleveland is Cleveland's first and at the time of certification was America's largest (by SF) mass timber project and is LEED Gold Certified.
