Project Overview

This building was an existing car mechanic shop that was bought to be converted into a graffiti art studio. Emerald is working with Studio TECHNE to include the proper HVAC for an art studio where there will be paint fumes present along with an area for gallery events with higher occupancy.

Fun Fact

The two-story building is located on the east side near downtown Cleveland. Graffiti Hearts is a non-profit organization that works to bring together art and the community through approved canvas areas where artists can showcase their work in a positive light to the community.
