Euclid Grand

Project Overview

Euclid Grand is a historic renovation of several adjacent buildings, merged into one 8-story apartment building with 226 units, under-cover parking, first-story retail, and a dynamic atrium. The market-rate project implemented energy efficiency measures and was built using sustainable materials, in compliance with Enterprise Green Communities and Energy Star testing methodologies.
