Project Overview

Glenville Circle North is a 65,000 square foot mixed use development. The 15,000 square foot commercial space will provide flexible office accomodations and residential areas are organized in 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The project achieved LEED Silver Certification in July 2020 under the BD+C version 4 rating system.
