The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati

Project Overview

The theatre came to Emerald during their pursuit of LEED BD+C under v3 to help evaluate and maximize points. The theatre is designed for children with fun murals and characters throughout the facility. The building contains a large theatre area, as well as backstage areas and studios. The project was able to achieve Gold through the team's collaboration.
