Uptown II Apartments

Project Overview

The Uptown Apartments, located in University Circle, added a brand new ring of apartments on both sides of Euclid Avenue, along with retail and restaurants spanning the first floor of every building. The Uptown 2 building, which includes both market-rate apartments and student housing, achieved LEED Silver Certification under the v3 BD+C rating system for new construction.
