Project Overview

This new construction apartment building is located at the intersection of Literary Rd and West 5th, with 132 units, office space and amenities on the first floor as well as underground parking. This modern apartment complex complied with the city of Cleveland's green building standard to provide improved indoor air quality, energy efficient design and reduced water consumption. Residents are able to enjoy their home and the shared amenity spaces, knowing it was designed with their experience and the environment in mind.
