Dana Sustainability Mobility Center

Project Overview

Dana Corporation renovated a 40,000 square foot facility into a state-of-the-art Sustainability Mobility Center. Program Solutions Group invited Emerald to the team to provide recommendations and perspectives on pursuing a third-party certification. The building serves as R&D space for next-generation technology to electrify fleet transportation. The corporation's sustainability program includes a commitment to driving positive action with respect to the environment and displaying transparency to the board and external stakeholders through reporting. The building achieved LEED Certified under the v4 Building Design & Construction: Major Renovation rating system.
