Project Overview

The Community Builders completed a full-building historic rehabilitation of the 1920's Commodore Hotel building in Cleveland's University Circle, bringing affordable housing to the neighborhood. In keeping with corporate goals, the project pursued and achieved LEED Silver Certification under the v3 BD+C rating system for Major Renovations!

Fun Fact

This building was originally the Commodore Hotel built in 1924. It has since been converted to affordable housing apartments and has now undergone a full remodel, which included sustainability in it's design.
