Project Overview

The Baricelli project included a new 44-apartment unit complex build and the renovation of an adjcent building into 13 studio apartments. Located in the heart of Cleveland's Little Italy, these apartments are Enterprise Green Communities-compliant to secure financial incentives from the local jurisdiction and offer sustainable and green features.
