The Athalon is a historic renovation of one of Cleveland’s iconic buildings, the Cleveland Athletic Club. Originally built as a business, social and fitness facility, the Athalon renovation will emerge as a mixed-use development with high-end apartments and amenities. In addition to following historic tax credit program requirements, the Athalon will comply with the Enterprise Green Communities v2015 rating system in order to achieve tax abatement from the City of Cleveland under its Green Building Standard.
This building is originally known as the CAC or Cleveland Athletic Club, now being renovated into apartments. The building will be renovated into 15 story housing building with amenities.
