The Athlon

Project Overview

The Athalon project reimagined one of Cleveland’s iconic buildings, the Cleveland Athletic Club. Originally built as a business, social space, and fitness facility, the Athalon emerged as a mixed-use development with high-end apartments and amenities. In addition to following historic tax credit program requirements, the Athalon complied with the Enterprise Green Communities v2015 rating system to achieve tax abatement from the City of Cleveland under its Green Building Standard.
