  • A benchmark of your building’s energy use (via Energy Use Intensity, or EUI)  
  • A comparison of how your building stacks up to other similar buildings in the U.S. 
  • A simple, digestible summary with insight into whether further investigation could lead to savings

What We’ll Need From You 

 

We keep it straightforward—just the essentials:  

  • Building address  
  • Property type and square footage  
  • 12 months of utility data for energy and water use (PDFs or spreadsheet)  
  • Occupancy status—Is the building fully occupied? 
  • If not, let us know roughly how much square footage is currently unoccupied.
