What strengths do you bring to the EBE team?
Like many of my teammates, I've made strategic career pivots that provided a broad range of perspectives, all converging in my current role. This position combines business acumen, built environment optimization, holistic wellness, and relational awareness, enabling me to connect deeply with clients and deliver solutions that align with their goals.
With Emerald joining the Crete United network, my consultative approach to solution development is fully leveraged. My initial transition to ProStar Energy Solutions gave me a solid foundation in energy and sustainability, helping me understand the key drivers behind corporate sustainability decisions. ProStar’s integration with Crete United in March 2024, followed by Emerald’s, has positioned us as trusted advisors, guiding clients through the fast-evolving energy transition while maximizing both environmental impact and business value.
My background offers a unique, well-rounded perspective crucial for building strategic partnerships. As a collegiate strength and conditioning coach, I focused not only on physical performance but also on holistic wellness, developing strong, trusting relationships—a key to forging long-term partnerships. My experience in collegiate athletics revenue generation and operations honed my strategic mindset and ability to tailor solutions to specific needs. This combination of skills allows me to excel in creating partnerships that deliver meaningful value to our clients.
