Start by registering your project with LEED online. Project teams can apply for either pre-certification and/or certification by submitting information through the Arc platform.
Pre-certifcation review is a good option for teams who want more feedback from GBCI before final review. During preliminary review, GBCI will review the application and may have questions for the project team. If teams are not satisfied with initial review results, they can make changes to their application for an optional final review.
There is a flat registration fee, pre-certification fee, and expedited review fee. Certification fees are unique to a project. Silver, gold, and platinum level members receive discounted pricing.
