Located in the Cudell neighborhood of Cleveland, The Winton on Lorain is revitalized a former commercial structure that now provides permanent housing for chronically homeless individuals. The historic renovation project transformed 43,000 square-feet of the vacant property into 40 efficiency apartments with sustainable amenities.
